At L’ideale Gifts we value our customers and respect the privacy of their personal information. The personal information that you supply to us is kept confidential and is only used to process and deliver your purchase.
When you make an online purchase or set up a bridal registry, we may contact you by email to confirm the transaction. We do not provide or sell your email address to third parties.
This site is hosted on a server that uses SSL to encrypt all of your personal information. The information that you send us via the Internet can be trusted to arrive safely to our server only. Please note that e-mail is not encrypted (protected by SSL) and is not a secure ways of sending credit card information.

Order Processing
We have a minimum order of $10.00.  For orders under $10.00, there is a $5.00 surcharge fee attached.

All orders will be processed upon receipt. All products which are in stock normally ship within 2-3 business days from when the order was processed. Our website rarely may not reflect our real-time inventory, so not all “available” products are in stock for immediate rush delivery. If the address to which your order is being shipped is different from your billing address on file (the address where you receive your monthly statements to), please call the toll free number on the front or back of you credit/debit card and create an “alternate shipping address”, which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to the location you would like to have your purchase shipped to. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your order.
If you have received notice that your order has been temporarily delayed or backordered, it will be shipped out to you when it becomes available unless you cancel the order. Please make sure to email our customer service department to CustomerService@LidealeGifts.com  and receive a cancellation confirmation number. Your order will continue to remain active, unless it is cancelled by you. If you do not cancel it and refuse or return the package you will be subject to the applicable return fees.
Occasionally, you may need us to hold an order for delivery at a later time. We can hold orders for up to 6 months with a 50% deposit. Although we make every effort to keep inventory levels high, it is impossible to foresee when an item becomes popular. We urge you to check stock when possible.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express. We require a valid credit card on file so that we may charge your account when products are shipped. Orders placed with an international credit card or orders placed with a U.S. credit card being shipped abroad may not be accepted due to verification issues.

Sales Tax
For orders shipped within New York State, the NYS law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total, including the amount of the shipping charge (if any). For all orders shipped elsewhere, total charges will include items specified, plus shipping.


Shipping Fees & Policies

Shipping fees will be calculated based on different criteria, such as size, weight, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, add your items you would like to purchase into your shopping cart, select which shipping method you would like, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one item, you may be subject to an additional shipping charge which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. L’ideale Gifts will always make every attempt possible to deliver your product (s) ordered on time. Certain shipping carriers will leave the package on the door step of the shipping address location, please not that is considered possession of the customer at that point. L’ideale Gifts is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. For speed of service, we offer drop shipping to our customers on certain products. For Canada shipments, please note that orders become the possession of the customer once they leave the warehouse. Any issues that arise from Canadian customs, damages, refused goods incorrect address, delays are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the customer. Please note that this policy is strictly enforced. Some local orders may be delivered using our own delivery fleet. (Email to check if set-up service is available for your item.)  Most orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. UPS ground rates may apply. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know, and give you an estimate of when you can expect to receive it. If you do not want to wait you have the option of canceling the order at no charge

"Drop Shipped" Merchandise
Often, when we drop ship items they arrive just as quickly as if it was shipped directly from our warehouse. When we expect this to not be the case, you will be notified via E-Mail of the expected delivery date.

All claims for broken, defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 7-days of delivery. Under no circumstances will L'ideale Gifts be responsible for any shipping charges other than UPS ground freight that may arise from damages, lost packages or incorrect items that may have shipped by accident.
All packing materials must be kept, regardless of apparent damage to packaging, in order for an inspection to take place by the parcel carrier. If packing is not with the item when UPS returns to pick up the box, they will not honor the claim. If no replacement is possible, a refund to your credit card will be issued. We will not be responsible for orders that get lost, arrive late, mislabeled boxes, processing mistakes or arrive damaged. ALL claims on damaged items. We urge you to place orders within a reasonable time frame to allow for situations that may arise. Please note that a valid damage claim is one where the item is either broken or not functional. All items on website have dimensions and weights listed.
Claims for damaged items will require proof of damages in the form of pictures sent to us. NO CLAIM WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT FORWARDED PICTURES. L'ideale Gifts deals in many types of materials. Variations in ceramics, porcelains, glass that occur naturally in production of these materials are not considered damages. Refused orders will still be charged freight charges incurred in shipping to destination.


Returns are accepted with proper authorization. Authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. The request must be done via e-mail. Returns must have the original order number on the outside of the carton to be accepted. All contents and original packaging must be included and intact.

To return an item, please contact customer service by emailing us at CustomerService@LidealeGifts.com  for prior approval and to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) number. If a customer needs to return an order, they need to make all shipping arrangement to get the product (s) back to us. We do not refund the cost of shipping on any returns. Once items are received at L’ideale Gifts and we approve receipt, your account will then be credited. Refunds for returns will be processed within 10 days of inspection of merchandise.
